Villa Namaste Services & Amenities
Wake early when seas are calm and grab a paddle board or kayak from our beach club to explore “Los Arcos” cave and undersea wildlife. Enjoy breakfast and keep an eye out for Manta Rays or Whales often spotted from our pool deck. The staff is here to serve you 7 days a week. Food & beverage costs are separate though preparation and shopping are included. Tips are provided to staff at the end of your stay and the customary amouts are between $10 – $15 per guest per day or 10% of the cost of your stay. Concierge services are separate.
Our houseman and is there to maintain the property – adjust pool and hot tub temps, assist with serving and clean up at meal time and during welcome cocktail hour on your first day. Juan will be there 7 days per week or less if you prefer, to answer any questions, call taxis for you, arrange outdoor furnishings as you desire and see to your needs with regard to stocking the villa with beverages or food you may like him to shop for. He should be provided cash to shop and reimbursed if needed with cash upon presentation of shopping receipts. He assists the cook with shopping and errands as needed. Eduardo is happy to run personal errands as well as help with bartending, etc if you are entertaining or if you require him to work outside of his normal work day to assist with anything 9am-dinner you can arrange it directly with him for $20 per additional hour, paid on the day of service.
Mexitravels is our local concierge service, they can arrange tours, group transportation, in villa spa services, day trips, nannies, and in villa entertainment and activities I.E. Tequila tasting party. They can arrange any activities prior to arrival to insure availability, you may pay her via credit card for tours, transport etc. Some spa services may require cash payment to providers. Concierge services are not included in our final house staff gratuity so you may tip them directly.
Our housekeepers will clean baths, common areas, outside decks, and change sheets every other day in each bedroom. They will provide clean towels for baths as well as the pool and deck areas.
The chef – will prepare a traditional Mexican dinner your first evening or snack and dinner depending on your arrival time.
They will prepare two meals per day – usually breakfast and dinner unless you choose breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. She will work with your guests to suggest seasonal fresh offerings for meals and make menu suggestions. Our chef and the houseman serve meals and clean up after meals. If you would like additional meals or host additional guests you can arrange that directly with them and discuss cost of additional staff if needed.
Our groundskeeper/handyman assists the houseman in all of his duties also.
Deb may be contacted if you need any assistance or have questions regarding the property. She can also relay information to the maid and houseman if you have problems communicating.
